Is my system compatible?

We have worked very hard with the leading optometry platforms so If you are on Visual Eyes, Optosys, My Vision Express, or Crystal Practice Management we are already compatible. Any platform outside of those please contact us so we may verify on a case by case basis.

Can I install everything myself?

Absolutely! EyeSoft systems are specifically designed to be easy to install without IT assistance. Most clinics can impliment RFID tracking within 20 minutes of receiving their equipment.

Where do I buy more inventory tags?

We use a custom designed high frequency RFID label specicially developed for Optometry. As such please contact us anytime you are running low and we will happily ship you out more labels usually within 1-2 business days!
