Setting Up the Barcode Reader on Your RFID Gun
To ensure your RFID gun scans and submits barcodes automatically, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Install the “Scan” App
- Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.
- Search for the app titled “Scan” and download it to your RFID gun.
- Note: If the app is pre-installed, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Configure Scan Settings
- Open the “Scan” app on your RFID gun.
- Copy the settings from the images below into the app.
- These settings will ensure that pulling the trigger scans the barcode and submits it automatically.
- Save your changes and exit the settings menu.
Step 3: Test the Setup
Verify that the barcode is successfully submitted to your system.
Pull the trigger on your RFID gun and scan a test barcode.
